It has a threaded headset and handlebars that come with a clamp to reduce vibrations.
The handlebars can be adjusted to three heights:
78, 83, 88 cm.

Notice regarding the rear wheel before assembly.
After unpacking, the rear wheel may not spin freely or may feel slightly braked.
This is because the brake cable is tensioned at this stage and automatically activates the rear brake.
This is not a defect.
Once the scooter is properly assembled and the handlebar is locked into at least the first position, the cable releases and the rear wheel spins freely.
This is a normal condition for an unassembled scooter and is not a reason for a claim
