Ortlieb ‘s FRAME-PACK TOPTUBE 4L is a small, tubular bag that attaches to the underside of the bike frame.
With 4 liters of storage capacity, this tube-shaped bag has a low center of gravity on the bike, allowing you to store heavy parts such as tools without the need for weight. Combining zippers and waterproof nylon fabric, this bag provides long-lasting protection for its contents, even in the worst weather conditions.
It’s also very easy to assemble, thanks to sturdy, super-adherent hook-and-loop fasteners that attach to the frame’s top bar, while variable side straps attach to the seat tube or down tube.
