The new Explorer GTX Lo is the latest trekking shoe taking technology and construction from hiking boots down to walking shoes. The most exciting element of the Explorer is the new sole, designed in conjunction with Vibram, offering 5mm rubber lugs married to a new advanced Litecell PU layer, offering best-in-class cushioning. This new sole makes the Explorer instantly comfortable from new (no breaking in), but is designed so they can also be re-soled in the future. The upper of the shoe has a soft suede with down to the toe lacing, allowing you to taylor the fit to your foot shape easily. A rubber and TPU toe and heel cap offer scuff protection, and a full Gore-Tex lining keeps your feet dry.
