The MAKALU FX CARBON COMPACT from Leki is a foldable, lightweight and reliablepair of trekking poles.

Made entirely from carbon, this compact model weighs in at just 241g, so hikers can take it anywhere without the risk of weighing it down. It’s fitted with the Aergon Air handle, whose contact surface provides more comfort and control, especially as its shape is ergonomic. What’s more, the rubberised back of this handle offers maximum grip and control during perilous passages, especially as the sloping angle helps the wrist to guide and position the pole optimally and contributes greatly to safety on the mountain. In addition to its handle extension, which offers an extra grip option when walking uphill, this model features the Lock Security Strap Skin 5.0, which can be adjusted by hand for optimal grip and pressure.

Finally, this foldable pole adjusts precisely in length thanks to its high-performance Speed Lock 2 plus system.
