Fritschi’s XENIC 10-85 is an insert binding with a lateral release at the rear.
Benefiting from innovative technology, this model is very light. It offers numerous advantages, such as 10 mm longitudinal compensation. In fact, the pressure exerted on the ski remains constant even when the ski is flexed, and this system guarantees a precise release in all situations. What’s more, the Release Lever tilts the boot forward after heel release, allowing it to be released at an angle of 65/75 for optimum safety. The heel’s wide, direct contact with the guide plate makes the ski more dynamic. Operation is easy, with intuitive toe-in and precise pin insertion, 180 rotation of the climbing wedge and quick adjustment of wedge heights with the bton.
