The 15kg Metal Base Plate for feather flags is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. They are ideal for securing flags and they come with a 360 degree swivel mount.

The base has been treated with a weatherproof black gloss finish and comes with a detachable spindle and built in handle to make carrying it easier.
